This Privacy Policy explains how BratGenerator.cloud (“we”, “the Site”) handles information when you visit https://bratgenerator.cloud. The headline: the generators run in your browser, so what you type is not sent to us, and our own analytics is cookie-free.

1) Information we collect

What you send us

If you email us, we receive your address and the message. The generators themselves do not send us your inputs — they run locally on your device.

What is collected automatically

Like most sites, basic technical data may be logged for security and diagnostics: IP address (often truncated, for approximate region and abuse prevention), browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site.

2) Cookies and consent

Our own analytics sets no cookies. Cookies you may see come from two places: essential site functionality, and advertising partners if ad serving is enabled. A consent management platform (Cookiebot, by Usercentrics) is used to ask for and record your cookie and advertising consent, and to honour the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for visitors in regions that require it (such as the EEA and UK). You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the consent banner or its “revisit” link, and through your browser settings.

3) Analytics

We use one analytics service, Simple Analytics, which is a privacy-first counter. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent fingerprint, does not log full IP addresses and builds no individual profile or cross-site history — only aggregated page-view, referrer, coarse-region and broad device figures. We do not use Google Analytics, and we run no session-recording, heat-map or behavioural-profiling tools. If we ever add a tracking provider, this section is updated and a consent mechanism is put in place before it goes live. Nothing you type into a generator is sent to our analytics provider.

4) Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. When enabled, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visits here and elsewhere, and may use the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. 6) How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only with service providers (hosting, analytics, security, consent management), with advertising partners when ad serving is enabled, where required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

7) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the Site, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Because generator inputs are never stored, there is no user content for us to retain.

8) Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email us below; we may ask for verification.

9) Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10) International transfers

If you visit from outside the country where our systems operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different data-protection laws.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
